1. Art Program and Design

Taking into consideration the individuality of every client and the values and characteristics that represent their core, Ode to Art begins with a thorough conceptual understanding of every client and a facilitation of design that meets all requirements entailed. Conceptual comprehension leads to review of fiscal and physical requirements that are then developed into our custom made Art Program, providing all imagery and detailing required for our client’s full discernment and understanding.

2. Program Development

After mutual consideration and discussion with our client, our art consultants begin to select specific artworks for the project, following which, our Final Art Program is developed. The Final Art Program is a comprehensive overview of the collection of artwork selected, as well as the detailed line-item art budget. The proposition of appropriate artworks, concurrent assistance in coordinating the selection, and acquisition processes of the art will be conducted by our art consultants who will guide our client through every step of program development.

3. Procurement

Following the approval of the Final Art Program, our purchase and procurement processes begin. Our Art Consultancy initiates all commissioned artwork and coordinates the procurement of the art & accessories in focus. Our consultants carefully monitor the processes of the commissioned artwork and custom artefact fabrication, and select customized framing and/or other presentation styles to best accentuate the art, while also complimenting all involved interiors and surroundings.

4. Installation

Integral to the overall success of the art program is the accurate and efficient installation of every artwork. Ode to Art offers the service of our Art Consultants assisting during the final installation – including the functions of overseeing logistic arrival and placement of the works. Our final step includes the presentation of our Art Acquisition Book for our client’s keeping and purposes that will include images, detailing and written descriptions of each artwork to act as a guide and repository for conceptual and physical information on their recently acquired art collection.
