Lim Tze Peng is one of Singapore’s most significant artists and a living legend. Renowned for his Chinese ink paintings, his works range from depictions of Singapore in the past and present, to calligraphy inspired by famous poems and chinese sayings, all infused with his personal experiences growing up in Singapore over the past 100 years.

“His life's work captures the atmosphere of the changing times, as our country developed and urbanised. It opens a window into our nation's soul” - PM Lee Hsien Loong

We are happy to celebrate the launch of “Soul of Ink: Lim Tze Peng at 100” written by Woon Tai Ho and exhibition at The Arts House (15-30 June).
